Gehm

Patrick Gehm is Operations lead for Wilson Steele and is a 40-year commercial real estate industry veteran specializing in institutional property and facilities management and reporting. Beginning his career in the 1980’s with Arthur Andersen, Patrick has held positions for a host of world class organizations such as Hines, Grubb & Ellis, Cousins Properties and Transwestern. Patrick is an award-winning team leader, consistently supervising and training large operations teams including property management professionals, engineering professionals, security, and parking. Patrick has been responsible for multi-million square foot portfolios in Tampa, Houston, Moscow, Phoenix, and Orlando. Prior to relocating to Chattanooga, Patrick was the Vice President of Operations for Cousins Properties in Tampa, where he managed 2.1 M SF and created a team which won nine (9) local BOMA – TOBY awards and three (3) Regions TOBY awards in a four-year period. Patrick was awarded the honor of Property Manager of the Year for BOMA, greater Tampa Bay in 2022.

Outside of his commercial real estate career, Patrick was an NBA consultant assisting in the development of the computerized statistical system used from 1992-2017. Patrick was the statistical trainer for NBA and WNBA from 1992-2013 and Chief Statistician for:
